Comece preparando a semente de linhaça. Em uma tigela pequena coloque as 3 colheres (sopa) de semente de linhaça moída e acrescente as 6 colheres (sopa) de água. Misture bem e deixe repousar. Em uma bacia grande misture as farinhas, a aveia e o açúcar. Acrescente o bicarbonato, o sal, a canela e o fermento em pó. Coloque então a mistura da semente de linhaça com água e mexa bem. Alterne a água com o azeite e continue mexendo ate conseguir uma massa bem homogênea. Não é necessário bater, apenas agregue bem os ingredientes. Você vai perceber que a massa vai ficando leve a medida que acrescenta os líquidos. Então acrescente as frutas misturando delicadamente e por ultimo acrescente as passas de uva e as nozes. À parte, cozinhe as ervilhas para decoração da sopa: coloque a água para ferver, acrescente um pouco de sal, adicione as ervilhas e deixe cozinhar por aproximadamente 7 minutos. Em seguida escorra, passe por uma água com gelo, escorra novamente e reserve. Montagem e finalização: Na hora de servir, esquente a sopa, desligue o fogo e misture a hortelã picada.
